Determinism

Reproducibility playbook.

Deterministic outputs are table stakes. Here is how Omnis Helix enforces them end-to-end.

Verified Cross-Host Reproducibility

Every conformance run is captured with host, runtime, and dependency fingerprints so teams can reproduce outputs on independent hosts with explicit verification receipts.

Schema hashes

Every export (design deck, simulation report, NGS alignment) carries a schema version + SHA-256 hash.

Deterministic pipelines

Given the same genome build + parameters, Omnis Helix yields identical outputs. Proof kits (replay receipts + immutable runner refs) let reviewers rerun and cryptographically verify outputs.

Diff tooling

Design + analysis diffs render inline so reviewers can confirm that only intended fields changed between runs.

Audit trail

Pilots and production tenants can export signed audit logs for every workflow execution.

Trust model

Reproducibility is one part of a larger trust model: replayability, provenance, verification, policy gates, signed artifacts, Verified Cross-Host Reproducibility, refusal semantics, and evidence retention.
